He has a lot of money and knows a lot of people to get on his side and would have the support of other dictators, and can buy nuclear weapons as if he was doing the shopping for clothes. The United States would be able to win a war he ran to Paris Hilton as an evil dictator with money without end and the financial support from other countries of evil?
